Leader  Guides

Connection Group leaders, our goal is to equip you to lead others well. Most weeks, there will be a leader guide posted here for you to use, covering the passage that was taught on the previous Sunday morning. Most of these guides will include what the main idea of the text is, as well as some questions pertaining to OIA – observe, interpret, and apply.

We would encourage you to study the text beforehand to gain more of a grasp on it yourself, and also don't feel constricted to these particular questions. Rather, try to get everyone in your group involved in the discussion, and encourage questions, not causing people to be afraid of being wrong or asking a "stupid" question.
